  • Please email the store before you return a product.
  • The item is in good condition and passes inspection

If the product is not in resalable condition, customers must first contact our support team. An inspection will be conducted before an exchange is approved.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or is missing accessories:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery or collection

  • All returns are at the purchaser’s own cost or a courier collection fee may be charged on both refunds and exchanges.
    Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
