Shipping
Delivery dependant on stock being available in store and can range between 1 to 7 working days.
Delivery time starts once your order has been invoiced
Deliveries are made on weekdays, during office hours (8am to 5pm).
Arranged deliveries might be considered during weekends and holidays
Delivery fees will be calculated upon checkout and it will be based on your cart size.
We ship mainly to every corner of South Africa as well as some parts of Southern Africa.
Payments
Make fast, secure payments directly from your bank account into our store bank account.
Apple Pay is available at checkout on your favorite browser.
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards both online and in store.
Returns
1. Elite Store will refund or exchange any online purchases within 7 days from the date of the customer received the product as long as the item has not been used or installed and is returned in the original packaging and that the relevant proof of purchase is provided as well.
2. A handling fee of up to 20% of the value of the product may be charged when the product or packaging is not returned in its original purchase condition, Elite Store will refund the purchase price of any product within 30 days after you send a refund request.
3. Elite Store’s refunds are deposited directly into your bank account or credit card originally used at time of purchase.
4. Refunds can take between 10-20 working days to process from date that the product is received back at Elite Store.
Online purchases cab be returned or exchanged at our Elite Store subject to submission of the original receipt and that the merchandise is in its original packaging and condition.
All returns are at the purchaser’s own cost or a courier collection fee may be charged on both refunds and exchanges.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Trade-in
You can visit our store or contact us we come to you in order to receive an estimate trade-in value for your product.
Our technical consultant will review and evaluate your product then offer you a value.
Should you accept the trade in value, you can apply that value as an instant discount when purchasing a new product.
Working and NON Working productts.
No power, does not switch on and water damaged.
Broken Screen, broken LCD, frozen touch screen.
Physical damaged, and large scratches, swollen battery, dents and cracked casing.
Not as such, you can trade in an apple pencil and use the trade-in value towards any purchase from the store. For example, on the purchase of an apple magsafe charger.
